First of all The Health Hub is committed to keeping the experience of our members at the heart of our business. As a result, our aim is to be the best gym, studio, pool and personal training facility in Suffolk.
We have a fully fitted top of the range gym. Consequently, we see this as the best and most user-friendly training space in the Bury St. Edmunds area. Also, we have a stunning pool. And above all, amazing studio spaces where you can take part in Yoga, Pilates, Fight Hub, Abs Blast, Body Blitz and Indoor Cycling. As well as our studio based classes we offer a gym based circuit training session, Synergise, in the gym. Plus fun and energetic pool-based workout, Aquafit! A members App, FitSense, will allow you to book and change your classes simply and quickly on your phone.
We pride ourselves in having a great team. With highly qualified Personal Trainers (PT’s) that are always on hand to help you in the gym. Furthermore, the studio instructors are all fantastic and bring a wide range of exciting ideas to the club. You will also find a helpful and friendly membership team to make your Health Hub experience even better from the moment you step through the door.
Members will receive an induction when they join the gym. We would be delighted to offer a member review every six weeks with one of our qualified PT’s. During this review, our PT’s will discuss your goals. You will be given a bespoke programme to help you achieve this. Our Life Fitness Cardio equipment has a fantastic interactive dashboard. This can be linked to an App on your smartphone, or simply used in house on the machines. Sign up for your account in one simple step and you can create and save bespoke programmes. Choose from a library of workouts, share your workouts with friends, and track your results each time you work out. You can also use the featured diary to help plan your fitness regime!
