STUDIO TIMETABLE

Our Classes – We have two fantastic studio spaces within The Health Hub and offer a comprehensive timetable of classes including Yoga, Pilates, Indoor Cycling, Fight Hub and Body Tone Classes as well as Aquafit in the pool and our signature Synergize classes in the gym. All classes are run by experienced, friendly and knowledgeable staff who can help you reach your goals and have fun doing it.

Hotel guest fee for classes will be £5.00. Please book at The Health Hub Reception.

Gym and Pool – Peak hours – 6:30am – 20:45pm Monday to Friday / 7:30am – 19:30 Saturdays / 7:30 – 13:30 Sundays

(last entry for all of the above opening times is 30 minutes before closing)
