PERSONAL TRAINING

Our Personal Trainers are fun, professional and exude energy which will transfer into, and transform your sessions.

From Pre and Post Natal, Sports Specific, Injury Rehabilitation to Nutritional Advice, Weight Loss and Lean Muscle Gain, we have a trainer to help you.

Choose from one off sessions, bulk booking, train with a friend or grab am express PT to boost your own workout.

Life Coaching and Energy Coaching is also available with Ollie Runswick-Hill, where he can help you to make sense of situations you may be struggling with and direct you to a more positive and focused future.

Reception Hours – 8:00am – 8:00pm Monday to Friday / 8:00am – 4:00pm at Weekends and Bank Holidays

Gym and Pool – Peak hours – 6:30am – 9:30pm Monday to Friday / 7:30am – 8:00pm at Weekends

(last entry for all of the above opening times is 30 minutes before closing)
