Have fitness targets to hit? We’re here to help. At The Health Hub we deal in results and have some of the best trainers in the Bury St. Edmunds area to push and guide you to your goal.

Every new client is given a full assessment and movement screen where we look at muscle health and how efficiently you move. Using this information, we create a programme that will take you to your goal as seamlessly as possible.

We have experts in weight loss, rehabilitation, sports performance, nutrition and body transformation.


Our Classes – Synergise are our Small Groups Training Classes hosted by our Health Hub team – there is a maximum capacity to ensure exceptional attention to our members. We also run short term training classes for specific areas, including Equestrian fitness, Golf Fitness, and fitness for the over 50’s. If you prefer to exercise in the pool, you are more than welcome to join the Aquafit classes, run by experienced and award winning instructor, Karen Smith.

Please note: This timetable may change slightly from time to time, but we will do our best to fulfil the classes that we have set. Please refer to your FITSENSE APP for the most up to date schedules.
Hotel guest fee for classes will be £5.00. Please book at The Health Hub Reception.

Reception Hours – 8:00am – 8:00pm Monday to Friday / 8:00am – 4:00pm at Weekends and Bank Holidays

Gym and Pool – Peak hours – 6:30am – 9:30pm Monday to Friday / 7:30am – 8:00pm at Weekends

(last entry for all of the above opening times is 30 minutes before closing)
